Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues via ticketing system and remote access
- Provide Tier 1 support for Windows/macOS environments and cloud applications
- Document technical solutions in knowledge base with clear procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams using Jira and Slack

Qualifications
