Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1/2 technical support to enterprise clients
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows/macOS systems
- Manage user accounts and permissions in Active Directory
- Document solutions and maintain ticketing systems
- Collaborate with senior engineers on complex issues
- Conduct periodic system health checks and maintenance
- Train end-users on new software deployments
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college preferred)
- Basic computer literacy and internet navigation skills
- Strong problem-solving and communication abilities
- Willingness to learn technical concepts quickly
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
