Responsibilities

- Collaborate with senior engineers and team members to resolve escalated tickets.
- Stay current with industry trends and product updates to provide accurate information.
- Build strong relationships with clients to ensure high retention rates.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field is a plus).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Willingness to undergo paid training and certification programs.
- Basic computer literacy and typing proficiency (40+ WPM).
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if required.
- Problem-solving attitude and ability to work well in a team environment.
