Your Role
As a Technical Support Specialist, you will serve as the first line of defense for our clients, resolving technical issues and providing top-tier service.
Responsibilities

Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts simply.
- Basic computer literacy and typing proficiency (20+ WPM).
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace (required for hybrid roles).
- Ability to work full-time hours, including some evenings and weekends.
