Responsibilities
- Deliver top-tier technical support to customers via phone, chat, and email.
- Complete structured training modules to master our product suite and troubleshooting protocols.
- Diagnose and resolve customer technical issues efficiently while maintaining a positive tone.
- Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with senior engineers to escalate complex issues and learn advanced solutions.
- Participate in daily team stand-ups to share progress and learn new skills.
- Assist in creating knowledge base articles to help future support staff.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Basic computer proficiency (typing, navigating Windows/Mac, email).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace.
- Passion for learning new technologies and problem-solving.
- Ability to work full-time hours (Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Pacific Time).
- Willingness to undergo a background check.
