Responsibilities
- Complete intensive full-stack development curriculum (Java, Python, React, AWS)
- Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives
- Build portfolio projects using industry-standard tools and frameworks
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on real-world assignments
- Document technical processes and create learning materials
- Present final capstone projects to leadership panel
- Contribute to open-source initiatives after training completion
