- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and R&D laboratories
- Mentor junior futurists and innovation specialists

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or tech consulting
- Expertise in horizon scanning, Delphi methodology, and trend analysis frameworks
- Proven track record translating foresight into commercial opportunities
- Strong presentation skills with executive audience experience
- Published thought leadership in futurism or technology innovation
- Proficiency in strategic foresight tools (e.g., Foresight Platform, Trendalyzer)
- Experience with quantum computing, bio-convergence, or neurotech domains
