Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Assist end-users with account setup, password resets, and general IT inquiries via phone and email.
- Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of all support tickets and solutions.
- Collaborate with senior technicians to diagnose complex technical problems.
- Perform routine system updates, patch management, and hardware maintenance.
- Ensure compliance with company IT policies and security protocols.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation (required for occasional on-site visits).
