Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain 2026 strategic foresight frameworks through horizon scanning and trend analysis

- Partner with R&D teams to integrate future insights into product roadmaps

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 10+ years experience in strategic planning, innovation management, or futurist roles
- Proven track record of developing and implementing long-term strategic frameworks
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and predictive modeling methodologies
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (quantum computing, biotech, AGI) and societal shifts
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex future scenarios
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and research analytics
