Responsibilities

- Lead the research and development of Large Language Models (LLMs) and multimodal systems.
- Optimize training pipelines and inference engines for high-performance deployment.
- Collaborate with product teams to translate research breakthroughs into scalable software solutions.

- Evaluate model performance, bias, and safety to ensure ethical AI deployment.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML research or software engineering.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and CUDA.
- Proven track record of publishing at venues such as NeurIPS, ICML, or ACL.
- Strong understanding of NLP, Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to mentor junior researchers.
