Responsibilities
- Assist customers via phone, email, and live chat with technical inquiries and troubleshooting basic hardware/software issues.
- Document all customer interactions, issues, and resolutions accurately in our CRM system to maintain high service standards.
- Collaborate with senior technical staff and cross-functional teams to escalate complex issues and improve internal processes.
- Learn and utilize our proprietary support tools to manage customer tickets efficiently.
- Identify opportunities to educate customers on new features and product updates to increase satisfaction.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in a related field is a plus.
- Basic computer literacy and a strong willingness to learn new software systems quickly.
- Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- A positive attitude and a customer-first mindset are essential.
- Must be reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work full-time hours.
