Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable machine learning pipelines and neural network infrastructures for Project 2026.
- Lead the research and optimization of LLMs, ensuring high accuracy and low latency in real-time applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Data Science) to define technical requirements and architectural standards.
- Implement robust MLOps strategies for model training, deployment, and monitoring.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices for security and scalability.
Qualifications
- PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- 8+ years of experience in software engineering with a strong focus on AI/ML.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Keras.
- Proven experience designing and deploying Large Language Models (GPT, BERT, etc.) at scale.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment.
