Responsibilities
- Architect Next-Gen AI Systems: Design scalable, fault-tolerant architectures for Large Language Models (LLMs) and agentic AI workflows targeting the 2026 market.
- Lead Research & Development: Spearhead initiatives exploring cutting-edge technologies including quantum-ready algorithms and neuromorphic computing.
- Technical Strategy: Define the technical roadmap and stack for AI infrastructure, ensuring alignment with long-term business goals.

Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specifically in AI/ML architecture and deep learning.
- Technical Mastery: Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and C++. Deep understanding of distributed systems.
- AI Specialization: Proven track record of designing and deploying large-scale Generative AI models.
