Responsibilities
- Design and produce high-quality 2D motion graphics for web, social media, and video campaigns.
- Collaborate with the creative director to storyboard and visualize complex ideas before production.
- Optimize animations for performance and seamless cross-device compatibility.
- Manage project timelines and deliver assets within strict deadlines using agile methodologies.
- Maintain a deep understanding of current design trends and emerging animation techniques.
- Provide constructive feedback and mentor junior designers within the creative team.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional experience in 2D motion design.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro).
- A strong, online portfolio demonstrating advanced motion design skills.
- Experience with 3D compositing (Cinema 4D/Blender) is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple creative projects simultaneously.
