Responsibilities
- Visual Leadership: Lead the design strategy for key projects, ensuring visual consistency across web, mobile, and print.
- Asset Creation: Create stunning 2D illustrations, vector graphics, and UI assets that align with brand guidelines.
- Prototyping: Build high-fidelity interactive prototypes using Figma to demonstrate user flows and interactions.
- Design Systems: Contribute to and maintain our centralized design systems, ensuring scalability and efficiency for the engineering team.
- Creative Direction: Mentor junior designers, providing constructive feedback and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers and developers to translate complex requirements into elegant visual solutions.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in 2D design, graphic design, or visual arts.
- Tools: Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects), and Sketch.
- Portfolio: A strong, diverse portfolio showcasing both static and motion design work.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate design decisions to non-design stakeholders.
- Technical: Understanding of responsive design principles and front-end development basics.
