Responsibilities
- Lead the conceptualization and execution of high-end 2D animations for web, mobile, and interactive installations.
- Create detailed storyboards, animatics, and visual references to guide the production pipeline.
- Utilize industry-standard software such as Toon Boom Harmony, Adobe After Effects, and Photoshop to produce fluid, high-quality motion graphics.
- Collaborate closely with art directors, copywriters, and front-end developers to ensure animations enhance user experience without compromising performance.
- Optimize assets for various screen sizes and platforms to ensure seamless delivery.
- Mentor junior designers and provide constructive feedback on creative work.
Qualifications
- Minimum 4 years of professional experience in 2D animation, motion design, or character animation.
- Expert proficiency in Toon Boom Harmony, Adobe After Effects, and the Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating a diverse range of styles, including character animation, 2D motion graphics, and stop motion.
- Deep understanding of animation principles, including timing, spacing, squash and stretch, and follow-through.
- Bachelor’s degree in Animation, Graphic Design, or a related field.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects with strict deadlines.
