Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end design process from concept to high-fidelity prototyping, ensuring a cohesive and intuitive user experience across all platforms.
- Define and maintain a scalable design system that supports the company's long-term product strategy and brand identity.
- Conduct in-depth user research and usability testing to validate design decisions and drive product innovation.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to translate complex requirements into elegant design solutions.
- Mentor junior designers and provide constructive feedback to foster a culture of continuous learning and excellence.
- Advocate for accessibility and inclusivity in every design decision, ensuring our products are usable by everyone.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of professional experience in product design, with at least 3 years in a senior or leadership role.
- Expert proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating a deep understanding of user-centered design principles and complex system design.
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment and participating in iterative design sprints.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate design rationale to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Knowledge of front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a significant plus.
