We are looking for a visionary Senior 2D Motion Designer to join our elite creative team. At Apex Digital Studios, we don't just animate; we engineer emotions through movement. You will be responsible for crafting high-fidelity 2D animations that define our client's brand identity across global platforms.
In this role, you will bridge the gap between static design and dynamic storytelling, working closely with art directors and developers to ensure every pixel tells a story.
Responsibilities
- Conceptualize and produce award-winning 2D motion graphics and animations for web, mobile, and social media.
- Utilize industry-standard software (Adobe After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro) to execute complex visual effects.
- Create detailed storyboards and animatics to visualize project concepts before full production.
- Optimize animations for performance and scalability across various devices and browsers.
- Mentor junior designers and provide constructive feedback to maintain high creative standards.
Qualifications
- Proven portfolio demonstrating 5+ years of experience in 2D animation and motion graphics.
- Expert proficiency in After Effects, Illustrator, and Cinema 4D.
- Strong understanding of timing, spacing, and character performance principles.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Excellent verbal and visual communication skills.
