Nexus Creative is a forward-thinking digital agency looking for a Senior 2D Designer to join our elite creative team. You will be responsible for crafting high-fidelity visual assets that define our brand's aesthetic and drive user engagement across multiple digital touchpoints.
In this role, you will blend artistic vision with technical precision to create intuitive interfaces and compelling motion graphics. We are looking for a designer who is passionate about detail and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Responsibilities
- Design and deliver pixel-perfect 2D illustrations, icons, and UI assets for web and mobile applications.
- Create engaging motion graphics and micro-interactions to enhance user experience.
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to ensure design feasibility and implementation.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive design systems and style guides.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions.
- Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders and the wider team.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in 2D design, graphic design, or UI/UX design.
- A strong, diverse portfolio showcasing vector illustration, typography, and motion design.
- Expert proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects).
- Experience with HTML/CSS and responsive design principles is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
