Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with empathy and professionalism
- Troubleshoot technical issues using proprietary knowledge base and diagnostic tools
- Document interactions accurately in CRM system for quality assurance

- Continuously improve product knowledge through ongoing training modules
