Responsibilities
- Complete 8-week paid training curriculum covering network security, cloud platforms, and IT support protocols
- Participate in hands-on labs and real-world scenario simulations
- Collaborate with senior engineers on live infrastructure projects
- Develop troubleshooting skills for common hardware/software issues
- Prepare for CompTIA A+ and AWS Cloud Practitioner certifications
- Document technical processes and create knowledge base articles
- Maintain 95% attendance and meet performance benchmarks during training
Qualifications
