Responsibilities
- Complete comprehensive IT training modules covering networking, security, and system administration
- Practice troubleshooting hardware/software issues in simulated lab environments
- Develop customer service skills through role-playing exercises and client simulations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on real-world IT projects
- Prepare for and earn CompTIA A+ and Google IT Support Professional certifications
- Maintain training materials and progress documentation
- Participate in weekly mentorship sessions with senior engineers
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required (college coursework preferred)
- No technical experience necessary – we provide all training
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn technical concepts
- Reliable transportation to our Indianapolis training facility
- Ability to commit to full-time training schedule (9am-5pm, Mon-Fri)
