Responsibilities
- Complete 40 hours/week of structured classroom training and hands-on labs

- Execute real-world IT projects for partner organizations
- Develop troubleshooting skills for hardware, software, and network issues

- Contribute to cybersecurity best practices and compliance protocols
- Transition into full-time IT support role post-program completion
