Key Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support and troubleshooting for hardware and software issues.
- Monitor system performance and resolve network alerts during off-hours.
- Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of workstations and peripherals.
- Document all technical incidents and resolutions in our ticketing system.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure seamless service continuity.
- Conduct routine system checks to ensure optimal security and performance.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent (Associate's degree in IT preferred but not required).
- Strong desire to learn new technologies and a proactive attitude.
- Basic understanding of computers, operating systems (Windows/macOS), and internet protocols.
- Ability to work independently and handle pressure during peak night hours.
- Reliable transportation is required.
- Must be available to work night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
