Responsibilities
- Provide 24/7 technical support for hardware/software issues via phone, chat, and remote access
- Monitor and maintain network security systems and incident response protocols
- Document troubleshooting processes and create technical knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex system outages
- Execute system patches, updates, and configuration changes during maintenance windows
- Train end-users on new technologies and best practices
- Generate performance reports and recommend infrastructure improvements
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Basic understanding of Windows/macOS/Linux operating systems
- Strong problem-solving and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced night shift environment
- CompTIA A+ or Network+ certification (or willingness to obtain during training)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Relevant internship or customer service experience a plus
- Must be available to work 11 PM - 7 AM PST, Monday-Friday
