Responsibilities
- Development & Coding: Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code under the guidance of senior developers.
- Agile Collaboration: Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and code reviews within an Agile/Scrum environment.
- Problem Solving: Debug software issues and troubleshoot technical challenges using modern debugging tools.
- Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation, API specs, and user guides to ensure team knowledge sharing.
- Learning: Actively engage in structured training sessions, workshops, and self-study to master our technology stack (Python/React).
- Quality Assurance: Assist in testing applications to ensure high performance and user experience.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Mindset: A strong desire to learn, grow, and adapt to new technologies in a fast-paced environment.
- Technical Basics: Familiarity with basic programming concepts (variables, loops, functions) and data structures.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate technical ideas clearly.
