Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical assistance to internal staff via phone, email, and in-person support.
- Perform hardware installation and troubleshooting for desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
- Manage software deployments, updates, and license compliance.
- Monitor network performance and assist in maintaining a secure IT environment.
- Document technical issues and resolutions in our ticketing system.
- Collaborate with the IT team to improve workflow and system efficiency.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required (Associate’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field is a plus).
- Familiarity with Microsoft Windows 10/11 and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Basic understanding of computer hardware components (CPU, RAM, Storage).
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to follow technical procedures.
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service.
- Reliable transportation and the ability to commute to our San Antonio office.
