Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support to employees via phone, email, and in-person.
- Assist in the setup, configuration, and maintenance of computer hardware and peripherals.
- Troubleshoot common software issues and network connectivity problems.
- Maintain an accurate log of technical tickets and support requests.
- Collaborate with senior IT staff to identify system improvements and user training needs.
- Ensure all IT equipment is secure and up-to-date with necessary patches.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Computer Science or related field preferred.
- Basic understanding of computers, operating systems (Windows/macOS), and internet browsers.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a logical approach to technical issues.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Able to work flexible hours and occasional evenings if required.
- Willingness to learn new technologies and complete required certifications.
