Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support to end-users via phone, email, and in-person.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues (printers, laptops, VPN access).
- Perform routine maintenance and asset tagging of new equipment.
- Document all support tickets and resolutions in our ticketing system.
- Assist in the deployment of new workstations and software updates.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Office, Windows OS).
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours and occasional weekends.
