Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support via phone and email for hardware and software issues.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot workstations, printers, and mobile devices.
- Monitor system performance and respond to alerts in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate documentation of IT tickets and resolutions.
- Collaborate with senior IT staff to implement new software and security patches.
- Assist in managing the inventory of IT assets and supplies.
Qualifications
