What You Will Do:
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Assist in the deployment and configuration of workstations and peripherals.
- Maintain and update inventory of IT assets and equipment.
- Respond to help desk tickets and user inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with senior IT staff on system upgrades and security patches.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field is a plus.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Windows and Office 365 suite.
- Basic understanding of computer hardware components and networking concepts.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
