Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support to employees via phone, email, and in-person.
- Assist in the installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of hardware and software.
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity issues.
- Manage IT asset inventory and perform regular audits.
- Respond to help desk tickets within established service level agreements (SLAs).
- Collaborate with the IT team to implement new security protocols.
Qualifications
- Associate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Basic understanding of networking concepts (LAN, WAN, IP addressing).
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Willingness to obtain CompTIA A+ or Network+ certification.
