Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and Resolve: Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues for employees in a timely manner.
- System Administration: Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of desktops, laptops, printers, and network peripherals.
- Help Desk Support: Respond to incoming support tickets via phone, email, or in-person with patience and professionalism.
- Software Deployment: Support the deployment of new applications and updates across the organization.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of IT assets and equipment inventory.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field is a plus.
- Technical Basics: Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and general computer operations.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on customer service.
