Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support to employees via phone, email, and in-person.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, including printers, laptops, and operating systems.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer peripherals and network devices.
- Manage inventory of IT equipment and software licenses.
- Document technical issues and resolutions in the helpdesk ticketing system.
- Assist in the rollout of new hardware and software updates across the office.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree in IT or related field preferred).
- Basic understanding of computer hardware and operating systems (Windows/macOS).
- Familiarity with networking concepts and basic troubleshooting techniques.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong customer service orientation and a team-player mindset.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
