Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support for hardware/software issues via phone, email, and chat
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktop/laptop systems and peripherals
- Assist with network setup, security protocols, and basic system administration
- Create and maintain documentation for IT procedures and user guides
- Collaborate with senior team members to resolve escalated technical issues
- Participate in on-call rotation for urgent after-hours support
- Conduct routine system audits and maintenance tasks
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications (CompTIA A+, Google IT Support) preferred
- Basic understanding of operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux)
- Familiarity with networking concepts and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure)
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic abilities
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
