Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues for corporate clients
- Install and configure computer systems, networks, and peripherals
- Provide remote and on-site technical assistance via phone and ticketing systems
- Document technical processes and maintain accurate service logs
- Collaborate with senior engineers to implement infrastructure solutions
- Conduct user training on new technologies and systems
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Basic knowledge of Windows/macOS operating systems
- Familiarity with networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- CompTIA A+ certification preferred (not required)
- Valid driver's license for on-site client visits
- Ability to lift 30 lbs for equipment installation
