Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to resolve hardware/software issues via phone, email, and chat
- Install, configure, and maintain desktop/laptop systems and peripherals
- Document troubleshooting steps and maintain accurate service logs
- Collaborate with senior IT staff on network security initiatives
- Train end-users on new software and system updates
- Assist with asset inventory management and equipment lifecycle
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications a plus
- Basic knowledge of Windows/macOS operating systems
