Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
- Assist with desktop and laptop setup, configuration, and maintenance

Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT or related field or equivalent experience
- Basic knowledge of Windows/macOS operating systems
- Familiarity with networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS)

- CompTIA A+ certification preferred
