Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to employees via phone, email, and in-person for hardware and software issues.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot workstations, printers, and mobile devices.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and Active Directory environments.
- Respond to help desk tickets in a timely and professional manner, prioritizing critical issues.
- Collaborate with the IT team to improve system efficiency and user experience.
- Conduct routine system checks and report technical issues to management.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED (Associate’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field is a plus).
- Basic understanding of computer hardware components and operating systems (Windows/macOS).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first attitude.
- Willingness to obtain industry-standard IT certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+).
