Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1-2 technical support for 500+ employees via ticketing system, phone, and in-person
- Deploy and troubleshoot Windows/macOS endpoints, mobile devices, and network printers
- Manage cloud infrastructure including Microsoft 365, Azure AD, and Intune
- Document SOPs and knowledge base articles for recurring technical issues
- Collaborate with cybersecurity team on vulnerability patching and access management
- Support office AV equipment and video conferencing systems
- Participate in after-hours on-call rotation (1 week/month)
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT or related field OR equivalent technical certification (CompTIA A+, Google IT Support)
- 0-2 years of hands-on IT experience including helpdesk or internship
- Proficiency in Windows OS, Active Directory, and basic networking concepts
- Strong diagnostic skills with hardware/software troubleshooting methodologies
- Excellent written/verbal communication with customer service mindset
- Basic knowledge of cybersecurity principles and data protection protocols
- Ability to lift 30lbs and work in varied office environments
