Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support to employees via phone, email, and ticketing systems.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues for desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
- Assist with network connectivity troubleshooting and setup.
- Maintain accurate records of support tickets and system configurations.
- Participate in the implementation of new IT infrastructure and software updates.
- Collaborate with senior staff to improve IT processes and user experience.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and operating systems (Windows/macOS).
- Basic understanding of networking concepts (LAN, WAN, TCP/IP).
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to lift and carry IT equipment (up to 40 lbs).
