Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Assist in the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of end-user devices (laptops, printers, mobile devices).
- Monitor system performance and respond to help desk tickets in a timely and professional manner.
- Document technical issues, resolutions, and user feedback in the IT knowledge base.
- Collaborate with senior engineers to improve IT infrastructure and workflows.
- Conduct user training sessions on new software applications and security protocols.
- Perform routine system backups and maintenance tasks.
Qualifications
- Associate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of operating systems (Windows and/or Linux) and hardware components.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities to interact with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a cross-functional team.
- Relevant certifications (such as CompTIA A+) are a plus but not required.
- High school diploma with relevant technical coursework or equivalent experience.
