Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
- Assist in deploying and maintaining desktop systems and peripherals
- Document IT procedures and maintain accurate service logs
- Collaborate with senior technicians on system upgrades and security protocols
- Support cloud-based applications and SaaS platforms
- Participate in IT infrastructure monitoring and maintenance
- Deliver exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders
Qualifications
- Associate degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Basic knowledge of Windows/macOS operating systems
- Familiarity with networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- CompTIA A+ or similar certification preferred (not required)
- Ability to lift 25 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment
- Valid Nevada driver's license (may be required for site visits)
