Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support and troubleshooting for hardware and software issues.
- Manage and maintain IT inventory and asset tracking systems.

- Monitor system performance and report technical anomalies to the senior engineering team.
- Support end-users with password resets, account access, and software installation.
- Ensure strict adherence to data security and compliance protocols.
Qualifications
