Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1-2 technical support via ticketing systems and live chat
- Deploy and configure Windows/macOS workstations and mobile devices
- Monitor and maintain network infrastructure (routers, switches, firewalls)
- Execute cybersecurity protocols including vulnerability assessments and patch management
- Document SOPs and create knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with senior engineers on cloud migration projects (AWS/Azure)
- Participate in 24/7 on-call rotation (1 week/month)
Qualifications
- Associate degree in IT or CompTIA A+ certification (or equivalent experience)
- Proficiency in Windows 10/11, Active Directory, and Office 365
- Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Strong troubleshooting methodology and customer service mindset
- Scripting experience with PowerShell or Python preferred
- Valid US driver's license for occasional on-site visits
- Ability to lift 30 lbs for equipment deployment
