Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware/software systems including desktops, laptops, and network devices
- Provide first-level technical support via phone, email, and remote assistance
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls across Windows and cloud environments
- Document technical procedures, solutions, and system configurations
- Collaborate with senior technicians on network monitoring and maintenance
- Assist with cybersecurity best practices implementation
- Support cloud services including Microsoft 365 and Azure
- Participate in IT asset inventory and lifecycle management
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Basic understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Familiarity with Windows operating systems and Active Directory
- Customer service mindset with strong communication skills
- Ability to troubleshoot hardware/software issues logically
- CompTIA A+ or similar certification preferred (not required)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Must pass background check and pre-employment drug screen
