Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support for hardware/software issues
- Manage helpdesk tickets and customer inquiries
- Deploy and configure computer systems and networksDocument IT procedures and maintain asset inventory
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on IT projects
- Participate in cybersecurity best practices training
- Support office AV systems and conference room technology
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college preferred)
- Basic computer literacy (Windows, Office, internet)
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies
- Valid driver's license (for occasional site visits)
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Availability for weekday training (9 AM - 5 PM)
- Detroit residency preferred (not required)
