Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support to employees via phone, email, and in-person.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues efficiently.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and peripherals.
- Assist in the management of the company's local area network (LAN) and Wi-Fi systems.
- Document all IT tickets and resolutions in our helpdesk database.
- Participate in regular system updates and security patching.
Qualifications
- Associate degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- Basic understanding of Windows operating systems and Office Suite.
- Familiarity with networking concepts and troubleshooting.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
