Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional technical support to employees and clients via phone, email, and in-person.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware (laptops, printers, monitors) and software (Windows, Office, antivirus) issues.
- Assist in the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of computer workstations and mobile devices.
- Maintain accurate records of IT issues and resolutions in our ticketing system.
- Monitor network performance and perform routine system backups to ensure data integrity.
- Collaborate with the security team to implement best practices for data protection and compliance.
Qualifications
- Associate degree or certification in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Familiarity with Microsoft Windows operating systems (10 and 11) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Basic understanding of networking concepts (IP addressing, DNS, routers, switches).
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and software updates.
- High school diploma or GED required.
