Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support to employees via phone, email, and in-person.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, including printers, computers, and network connectivity.
- Assist in the deployment and configuration of new workstations and peripherals.
- Maintain accurate records of help desk tickets and incident reports.
- Collaborate with senior IT staff to implement IT solutions and improve system efficiency.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's degree in IT or Computer Science is a plus.
